Lincoln Square

Part of me feels like I'm in Europe when I walk through this neighborhood. It's a fantastic blend between charm and modern. Cobblestone streets stretch through the main shopping area which offers a variety of cafes boutiques, and a very popular apothecary that draws people in from all over.

That's the charm; the hip is the bustling bars and restaurants that span a great array of cuisine, and it all just fits in one place. And don't forget the music. The Old Town School of Music offers lessons in anything from dance to instrument training, to world renowned artiest that perform year-round. It attracts adults and children alike and is a wonderful place to stop and visit even if you're not musically inclined.

You can find a condo in this area, but it does attract more often the single family home or townhome buyer as this makes up the majority of the inventory.

This area was settled by Germans years ago, and still in full operation is the Brauhaus. If you are around come September and May, Maifest and Octoberfest are in full swing.
